  Oklahoma City Bike Routes (Current and Planned) - The routes are marked in different manners depending on Federal Guidelines. Most will be marked with the “Bike Route” signage. In most areas the “Use Full Lane” and “Change Lanes to Pass” signage will be used. In addition, "sharrows" will be used when appropriate.

  Lake Hefner Parking - Lake Hefner Parking at Hefner Road and Lake Hefner Parkway (South Lot) where the windsurfers are.  
  Lake Overholser Pavilion - The Lake Overholser Pavilion is on the East side of the lake and just South of 16th Street.  
  OCHS - Oklahoma Community Health Services - 1025 Straka Terrace - Located just South of I-240 and West of Western.

During Daylight Savings Time - We do hills on Saturdays (Tour de Luther Loop Fest) flat "Out and Back" rides at different effort levels Mondays through Thursdays and at a recovery effort on Sundays.

 
 

During Standard Time - We do hills on Saturdays (Tour de Luther Loop Fest) and flat "Out and Back" rides at an A1 effort on Sundays.

 
 

Oakdale "Tour de Luther Loop Fest" - Begins and ends at Okadale School, Just East of Sooner on Hefner Road. Most but not all loops are significantly hilly. All loops share stops at the East-Side Conoco in Jones.

 
 

Lake Overholser Pavilion "Out & Back" Ride - Begins and ends at the Lake Overholser Pavilion, just South of 16th on the East side of the lake. This is a timed ride... We will ride out for a set time, take a 2 minute break and return by the same route except around the North side of the lake.

Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge - Doris Campground 31 and 61 Mile Routes - Begins and ends at the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge - Doris Campground. Long elevation changing hills, great scenery and typically friendly motorists.

Benham HogBack Jones - 48 Mile Loop - Begins and ends at One Benham Place, Broadway Extension and Britton Road. Park in the lot on the east side of the building. Significantly hilly. Stop for breakfast/lunch at Rooster's Cafe at 14 or 34 miles depending on direction of route.

 
 

Benham/HogBack/Jones East-Side Conoco/Sod Loop - 64 Mile Loop - Begins and ends at One Benham Place, Broadway Extension and Britton Road. Park in the lot on the east side of the building. Significantly hilly. Stops at the East-Side Conoco.

 
 

Benham/HogBack/Jones East-Side Conoco/Sod/Spencer Route - 70 Mile Loop - Begins and ends at One Benham Place, Broadway Extension and Britton Road. Park in the lot on the east side of the building. Significantly hilly. Stops at the East-Side Conoco and returns through Spencer.

 
 

Overholser El Reno_- 49 Mile Loop - Map is divided into West Detail and East Detail for clarity - Begins and ends at the Lake Overholser Pavilion on the East side of the lake, just south of 16th street. Very flat, mostly east/west route.

 
  Redbud Classic - 10/33/50/52 Mile Routes - Begins and ends at the Waterford (NW 63rd and Penn)  
  Overholser Hefner Hills - 30 Mile Loop - Begins and ends at the Lake Overholser Pavilion.  
  Overholser Hefner Hills - 38 Mile Loop - Begins and ends at the Lake Overholser Pavilion.
