Optimizer V1.1 - Analyze your bike's engine! Run this program to analyze and manage your body composition. Using only a
fabric tape measure and weight scale, accurately calculates percent body
fat, lean body mass, goal weight and minimum protein required to
maintain your muscle mass. Protein is not stored in the body like fats
and carbohydrates. If adequate protein is not eaten throughout the day,
you will chronically lose muscle. Dietary protein requirements are based
on the activity level you enter into the program and your calculated
lean body mass.
